Create your free account. Upload your student ID and fill in your skills, languages and city. Our team reviews and approves your profile within 24 hours.
Browse the mission feed
Once verified, you can see all active missions. Filter by type, city and date. Each card shows the company, mission type, pay rate and number of spots available.
Apply in one tap
No cover letter required. One tap sends your verified profile to the company. You can have multiple pending applications at the same time.
Get accepted
The company reviews your profile and either accepts or declines. If accepted, you receive a notification and a direct message thread opens for that mission.
Show up on the day
Turn up on time, represent the company well, and do great work. Companies can see your past mission ratings before accepting you.
Confirm your attendance
The company digitally confirms you showed up. This triggers the payment record in the app.
Confirm payment received
Once you have been paid, confirm it in the app. This closes the loop and creates a digital receipt for both sides.
Rate the company
Leave an honest rating for the company after the mission. This helps other students know what to expect.
Register your company
Create an account and upload your company registration documents. Our team verifies your company within 24 hours before you can post.
Post a mission
Fill in the mission title, type, date and time, city and address, pay rate (hourly or flat), and number of spots needed. Done in under 5 minutes.
Mission goes under review
Your mission is reviewed by the JOFS team to ensure it meets our standards. Most missions are approved and go live within a few hours.
Review applicants
Browse verified student profiles with real ratings from past missions. You can see their university, year, skills and languages at a glance.
Accept your team
Select the students you want. Accepted students receive a notification immediately. A message thread opens so you can share details.
Confirm show-up after the mission
At the end of each mission day, confirm which students showed up. Students who did not show up are flagged on the platform.
Pay your team
Pay students directly as agreed. Each student confirms payment received in the app, creating a digital record for both sides.
Close the mission
Once all payments are confirmed, close the mission. Leave ratings for each student to help other companies know who to hire.

Direct messages between a student and a company only open after the student has been accepted for a specific mission. Each thread is linked to one mission only. Once a mission is closed, the thread is archived. This keeps communication purposeful and safe for both sides.
